Sermon Podcasts Archived

August 10, 2008

Sermon podcasts from January to May of 2008 are now archived.  They are archived at the Internet Archive (www.archive.org).  Not all of the sermons from January to May were made into podcasts.

I am actually working to get every sermon I have a copy of transferred into a podcast, and then they will be archive at the Internet Archive as well.

The reason for the archive is to make room on our server for present and future sermon podcasts as they take up a significant amount of space.  The Internet Archive will give them a home forever and there is not cost.  Further, the Internet Archive’s purpose is to serve as an educational repository, kind of like an online library.  They can be freely accessed by anyone.

The archive home for our sermons podcasts in 2008 thus far is:  http://www.archive.org/details/WHBC_Sermons.
